Our Student & Graduate Program offers a 4-week formative experience, designed to provide hands-on exposure to independent film production, creative development, and marketing strategies. This initial training period can lead to potential employment or extended collaborations for the right candidates.
​
We run seasonal internship cycles and have worked with more than 10 talented interns so far, many of whom continue to support our work in meaningful ways. These opportunities are ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain industry experience in a dynamic, female-led production company.

UNLEYEK is a visionary, award-winning, female-focused production company based in London, dedicated to guiding first-time filmmakers and emerging producers from script to screen with structure, clarity and industry-level discipline. Over the past five years, we have supported more than 12 female and first-time filmmakers in producing their short films, helping launch and accelerate many of their careers within the UK and international film landscape.

From casting and crew assembly to budgeting, scheduling and UK tax incentive alignment, we build the professional framework that allows a project to move forward securely. During production, we provide hands-on line producing and on-set leadership, ensuring financial control, compliance and creative integrity. In post-production, we supervise editing, sound design, grading and delivery, guiding filmmakers all the way to final cut, festival strategy and market positioning.

Our approach combines mentorship with execution. We do not simply produce films; we equip emerging talent with the tools, knowledge and confidence to operate within the professional production ecosystem. By pairing creative ambition with structural rigour, UNLEYEK ensures that a first film becomes not just a completed project, but the foundation of a sustainable career in film.
